You are invited to share your valuable professional experience and help us gather data needed to help solidify our understanding of exactly how emotional intelligence (EI) impacts career success of CPAs.
Why participate?

In appreciation of your time, you get the opportunity to:
✅ Assess your own EI using a comprehensive EI measuring instrument chosen for its externally validated reliability and predictive validity; this instrument was developed with the objective of measuring EI as exhibited in workplace behaviours
✅ Gain valuable insights into EI work-related behaviours that might be impacting your career success
✅ Provide data that will help you know how your EI compares with that of your peers'
✅ Share your valuable professional experience and Contribute to meaningful research that could make a real difference in the career success of accountants
✅ Win a $100 Visa Card (a token of our appreciation)
